Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival in Cappadocia, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms, complete with a delightful array of pillow choices. However, I found the room temperature to be a bit too warm for my liking. The service team was extremely helpful, quick to respond to any requests, and even guided us to a nearby location with a smile. The location, although not offering breakfast or some amenities like slippers and a kettle, was conveniently close to all the main sights of the area.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were fairly standard with good Wi-Fi and a decent view of the village and mountains. The property had a nice pool and many elevators, which was convenient. The service was top-notch with very helpful staff accommodating quick check-in and assisting with booking attractions. The location, a bit outside town but near the hot air balloon take-off site, was both a positive and a negative depending on the activities planned. The dining experience was one of the best we had on the trip, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The facilities were adequate, though nothing extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and cozy, but there was a funny incident with being transferred to a second room. The service, while welcoming and helpful, seemed to suffer from a poorly run organization. The location, though a bit far from the city center, was close to the open-air museum. The dining experience was great, with plenty of flavorful options. The facilities were good despite a drainage problem in the shower area.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable experience, although I didn't have a view. The bathroom was nice, but a little small. The service was courteous and friendly, although there seemed to be a language barrier at times. The location was convenient, being near attractions in Cappadocia and close to the take-off site of Hot Air balloons. The dining experience had a very good variety of flavorful food. However, there were some downsides like the lack of breakfast included and the additional charge for using the pool.
The hotel offers very spacious rooms with a sofa area, 2 TVs, and a big, very comfortable bed, equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, which was a great help during the freezing cold weather. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, the location is a bit far from the main city and includes additional charges for the pool use. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, though language can sometimes be a problem.
